Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
Maintain high-quality car wash standards and ensure safety compliance
Oversee vehicle flow and production in car wash operations
Perform opening and closing duties
Assist with equipment upkeep and maintenance
Train and support team members following Car Spa procedures
Provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance
Help assess employee skills and productivity
Perform general duties across car wash roles as needed
Take on additional tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be 18 years or older
Applicants must have a valid driver's license
No prior experience required – training will be provided
Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
