Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Utilize creative and effective methods to identify potential candidates
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Employer Branding: Assist in promoting our company culture and values through various channels to attract top talent
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records in real-time in our applicant tracking system (ATS), providing regular reports on recruitment metrics
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a tech start-up
1+ years of experience in a fast-growing company
Passion for building teams to solve tough technical challenges
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
