Marketing and Operations Strategist
Comfy-org is seeking a Marketing & Operations Strategist to drive marketing, product, and community initiatives at ComfyUI. In this role, you’ll combine market and user research, data analysis, and cross-functional execution to accelerate growth and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Market Intelligence: Research competitors, users, and industry trends to inform pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
Growth Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards to track user acquisition, engagement, and campaign ROI; surface insights and opportunities through data analysis
Strategic Initiatives: Lead projects end-to-end, from concept through execution and measurement, including campaigns, pricing experiments, and community programs
Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Community teams to translate strategy into measurable outcomes
Process & Systems: Design and improve operational workflows and tools that enable teams to scale efficiently
Experimentation: Run A/B tests, pilots, and surveys to validate hypotheses and continuously optimize performance
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, strategic growth, analytics, or consulting roles
Excel at both quantitative analysis and qualitative synthesis
Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and operate autonomously with minimal direction
Communicate complex insights clearly to a wide range of stakeholders
Are energized by wearing multiple hats and driving initiatives from 0→1
