Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate Security General Associate Manager / Security Response Center Shift Supervisor for the midnight shift. In this role, you will supervise professionals in security operations, manage resources, and ensure compliance with security protocols to protect company assets and personnel.

Responsibilities

Supervise varying levels of professionals in consulting and risk based security products and services based on defined protocols, tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality and compliance Corporate Security

Identify opportunities for developing, recommending, and implementing physical security equipment standards and policies to minimize the associated risks of criminal incidents against company assets, team members, or customers

Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to coordination, installation, upgrade, conversion or servicing of alarm systems, access controls, cameras and all other types of physical security equipment under direction of Corporate Security management

Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Collaborate and consult with Vendors, Colleagues and managers

Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate Security

Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff

Qualification

Corporate Security experienceLeadership experienceCrisis management communicationsCustomer service skillsEmergency procedures knowledge

Required

2+ years of Corporate Security experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

1+ year of Leadership experience

Preferred

Call center experience demonstrated through work or military experience

Experience in crisis management communications

Ability to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding in an appropriate manner

Basic knowledge and understanding of emergency procedures and handling emergency situations
