Responsibilities
Inbound/Outbound Client Sample Services (via phone, email, web)
Routing, communicating, and understanding client testing needs
Data entry, compilation, and QC review
Maintain and adhere to all industry regulatory compliance
Development and review of protocols
Utilize Word, Excel, Access
Create, revise, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other regulatory guidance
Lift and move up to 50lbs
Stand, sit, and move items around facility, including reaching
Qualification
Required
Obtained an associate degree or equivalent in the sciences or related discipline
Great written and oral communication skills
Basic understanding of microbiology and chemistry
You bring a positive, professional attitude
Have strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Detail oriented individual who understands the importance of accuracy and responsiveness
Ability to collaborate with team members and cross functionally
Ability to work in an environment with moderate noise levels (examples: office equipment, printers, computers)
Able to work with safe lab safe fumes and odors
Lift and move up to 50lbs
Stand, sit, and move items around facility, including reaching
