Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design of technical, performance-focused apparel from concept through prototype and seasonal launch
Translate creative ideas into buildable garments using strong apparel construction and digital design tools
Create clear, compelling design presentations and visual narratives to communicate intent and product vision
Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as development, industrial design, and digital design
Maintain strict confidentiality while working on new and unreleased product initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience in apparel or product design, with priority given to more senior or brand-side experience
Deep knowledge of apparel construction and how garments are engineered and assembled
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and hands-on experience working in CLO 3D or similar digital apparel tools
Experience designing technical, functional apparel rather than purely fashion or lifestyle products
Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills with a professional, client-ready demeanor
