Material Planning Analyst

Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the procurement, production, and delivery of parts to ensure timely availability across multiple facilities
Monitor and resolve parts shortages proactively to maintain uninterrupted operations
Engage professionally with internal teams and suppliers via phone and email
Escalate issues promptly when necessary to ensure resolution
Utilize SAP and MRC systems to manage inventory, track orders, and support planning activities
Generate forecasts and manage replenishment plans to meet service level targets and optimize inventory flow
Qualification
Required
Experienced in logistics and supply chain operations, with a proven ability to manage materials efficiently and support end-to-end supply processes
Skilled in delivering exceptional customer service through clear and empathetic communication, timely resolution of issues, and a proactive approach to understanding and meeting customers' needs
Your experience with SAP and MRC systems will be a plus and give you a competitive edge
Understanding decision-making processes, tools, and techniques; ability to analyze situations and make informed, effective decisions
Ability to identify, anticipate, and resolve organizational or operational issues using appropriate tools and approaches across diverse scenarios
Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients, vendors, and peers using proven relationship management techniques
Ability to efficiently align and integrate internal resources, responsibilities, and workflows to achieve business goals
Knowledge of inventory distribution across multiple sites; ability to apply DRP principles to optimize supply chain operations
Understanding of MRP systems and practices; ability to plan manufacturing cycles and ensure material and capacity availability
Knowledge of transportation; ability to transport materials and goods to and from suppliers, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities and customers
