HR and Marketing Coordinator - direct hire
Emerge is a global talent solutions company, and they are seeking a Human Resources and Marketing Coordinator. This role combines HR coordination with marketing execution to support various functions including recruiting, onboarding, and content creation for multiple channels.

Responsibilities
HR coordination: post jobs, screen applicants, schedule/facilitate interviews, new-hire paperwork, onboarding, benefits enrollments/changes, time and attendance, and leave tracking; support employee relations and training records; maintain confidentiality
Marketing coordination: create content for website, social media, and email; manage mailing lists and campaigns; update the website; track performance with analytics; assist trade show prep and basic design; support PR efforts
Customer service/office: answer phones and job-status inquiries; update customer data across systems (accounting, job tracking, CRM); prepare invoices and process payments; support internal communications; organize files; basic hardware troubleshooting
Safety/quality: follow plant safety requirements; support ISO/QMS activities and documentation
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Positive, proactive, and trustworthy with confidential information
Preferred
Bachelor's in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; recent Human Resource graduates welcome
Proficient with graphic design software (Canva), social media administration, website maintenance and email marketing tools a plus
