Responsibilities
Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and visualizations supporting budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting needs
Partner with FP&A and cross-functional leaders to define insights that support strategy and performance
Contribute to the centralization of reporting and master data management efforts
Automate and improve reporting processes for accuracy, efficiency, and governance
Work with key data systems including SAP S/4HANA to ensure accurate data flow into analytics models
Support BI function growth, including documentation, standards, and user adoption
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience with Power BI, including data modeling and DAX
Strong SQL skills and understanding of how data flows through systems into reporting
Experience supporting FP&A, budgeting/forecasting, or operational reporting
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
Thrives in a growing and evolving BI environment (building vs. maintaining)
Preferred
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP environments
