Responsibilities

Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute regional customer strategies aligned with annual business objectives
Own revenue growth across assigned accounts by identifying opportunities, driving execution, and expanding share
Manage customer relationships and support performance through hands-on coaching and development of customer-facing teams
Serve as the primary point of coordination between assigned customers and internal channel partners
Track, manage, and report on account pipelines, sales activity, and performance results
Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition to influence customer engagement and drive results
Conduct regular business reviews with customers and present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders
Ensure customer understanding and adherence to contractual agreements and company policies
Identify and implement growth initiatives that increase customer performance and end-user demand
Prospect new opportunities through targeted outreach, meetings, and cold-calling efforts
Build strong, professional relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintain a flexible schedule and travel up to 60% to support customer and business needs

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in regional or account-based roles
Strong experience using Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel
Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and sales pipelines
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
