Responsibilities

Intake & Case Evaluation
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from prospective PI clients
Conduct detailed intake interviews (liability, damages, treatment, coverage, venue)
Accurately assess case strength using firm intake criteria
Confidently explain the firm's value and guide qualified callers toward signing
Set expectations and explain next steps clearly
Follow up on warm leads, missed calls, and pending decisions
Maintain accurate lead status and notes in CRM systems
Support team goals tied to conversion rates and response times
Maintain detailed records in Lead Docket, Smokeball, and related platforms
Order police reports and collect essential client documents
Coordinate attorney callbacks and case handoffs
Track KPIs such as conversion rates and call quality
Deliver empathetic, professional, and reassuring service
Represent the firm's brand and standards in every interaction

Qualification

Required

3+ years of direct intake experience in a personal injury law firm
Proven ability to convert qualified PI leads into signed cases
Strong knowledge of PI terminology and intake decision-making
Comfortable with high call volume and performance metrics
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Experience with intake/case management software (Lead Docket preferred)
Experience working in a structured intake department with KPIs and conversion standards

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
