Responsibilities

Leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams to develop and execute process improvement initiatives
Partners with business leads to develop, implement, and communicate standard operational policies, procedures, and processes
Analyzes current process standards and metrics in order to recommend solutions for improvements
Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data
Collects and analyzes complex data sets for results and variances, identifying trends and patterns in order to recommend actions to improve business processes
Performs data gathering, root cause analysis, and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process control changes
Prepares and presents process improvement and methodology workshops
Creates presentations, technical requirements, and business case/ROI in support of key initiatives
Coordinates across multiple functional groups to gather the information necessary for executing data models

Required

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of operations and/or continuous improvement /project management experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Project management, change management and business process analysis experience required
Knowledge of continuous improvement principles, methodologies, and practices
Business process analysis skills
Project and resource management skills
Problem-solving skills
Written and verbal communication skills including delivering presentations
Skill with Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of systems design and principles
Ability to influence company leadership and project teams
Business and financial acumen
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong understanding of key metrics and trends
Outstanding communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels with a range of internal and external stakeholders
Able to demonstrate strong levels of drive, work ethic and personal accountability with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining sound judgement and a rigorous focus on the details
Acts with the highest standards of integrity at all times and builds enduring and trusting relationships across all key stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Analytics, Math, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, or Business Management

Preferred

Optional Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or Business Analytics
MBA, Lean, Quality and/or Six Sigma certification and recent proven experience preferred
