Responsibilities

Monitor and resolve batch errors and related issues

Analyze ad-hoc data report requests and troubleshoot data discrepancies

Research and address issues reported by agencies and business units

Participate in meetings for issue clarification and updates

Manage and track work items in Azure DevOps (ADO) to ensure timely resolution

Prioritize critical issues requiring quick turnaround

Implement legislative and regulatory changes

Conduct unit/system testing and support user acceptance testing

Investigate business unit inquiries and nightly run errors

Coordinate form printing and troubleshoot form-related issues

Maintain daily batch support, schedule jobs, and update flow charts

Required

5+ years' experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven IT environment at a State government agency or equivalent organizational level, inclusive of the following: Azure DevOps (ADO), Requirements gathering, Translation of non-technical requests into technical requirements, Translation of technical requests into non-technical requirements supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), Ability to identify and define scope and functionalities, Test cases/test plans, Regression testing, White box/black box testing, 508/ADA compliance testing – Wave tool, Responsive design testing, Traceability matrix creation and usage, Creating test scripts, Ability to teach a team on testing procedures that testing starts through the entire lifecycle, Meets legal and company standards with regard to date, applications, etc., Basic understand of project lifecycles/SDLC, Knows waterfall and agile methodologies and where/why to use them, Deep understanding of documentation of testing processes and creation of testing artifacts, Knowledge of acceptance testing methods

3+ years' experience with: Writing of user stories and ability to assist end users in such, documentation for testing, Knowledge of security testing methods, Knowledge of usability testing, Knowledge of functional testing methods, Basic SQL knowledge for cross-testing
