Responsibilities

Lead the performance and continuous improvement of global freight audit and payment programs

Develop scalable internal and external processes supporting freight payment accuracy and speed

Manage third party freight audit providers and ensure accountability to service standards

Partner with internal teams and regional finance groups to ensure timely invoice payment and month end close alignment

Build cost models to determine appropriate intercompany fee structures

Create and maintain global transportation budgets and performance reporting

Work with organizational leadership to assess needs, define strategy, and drive implementation of global freight payment processes

Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor and improve operational performance

Lead process improvement reviews and deliver automation or enhancement projects on schedule

Maintain strong relationships with external freight audit partners
