The role involves sorting, scanning, and filing mail, as well as handling administrative duties and processing Visa approvals and work authorizations.

Responsibilities

Accept daily USPS mail which includes opening, sorting, scanning and filing

Ensure all mailings are accounted for and accurately updated into the system

General administrative duties as needed (i.e., copying, typing, data entry, filing, etc.)

Reviews, verifies, processes, and digitally files Visa approvals and work authorizations for applicants

Use and navigate our immigration and optical character recognition software to identify and extract data to automate mail processing

Create shipping labels and coordinate with applicants to ship original documents

Meets SLAs directed by Manager and Client Teams and communicate status/issues to supervisor
