This role involves owning budgeting, forecasting, and financial analytics during a critical phase, while also enhancing analytics and identifying process improvements.

Responsibilities
Take ownership of company-wide budgeting and rolling forecasts
Build and refine multi-location financial models and P&L rollups
Deliver monthly reporting, variance analysis, and executive insights
Partner with operations and leadership to improve budgeting discipline
Enhance analytics, dashboards, and KPIs (Power BI exposure a plus)
Identify and implement process improvements and standardization
Qualification
Required
5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
Strong understanding of P&Ls and multi-entity/multi-location reporting
Advanced Excel skills (modeling, scenarios, pivots, lookups)
Preferred
CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus, not required
Power BI experience or strong interest in developing it preferred
