Responsibilities

Manage and execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including crafting effective sourcing strategies to meet specialized hiring needs

Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers and senior leaders, developing assessment frameworks and advising on talent acquisition strategy

Drive the candidate experience, facilitate interviews, lead calibration discussions, and negotiate/close complex compensation offers

Track key recruiting metrics to provide data-driven insights and lead/participate in specialized talent projects

Build and maintain relationships with external search firms focused on quantitative and advanced technology talent
