Responsibilities

Develop a sales plan to grow the business
Lead development and implementation of major account strategies
Technical presentation of Company technology to Consulting Engineers
Manage all sales representatives to create opportunities, both direct and indirect, in all target market segments and appropriate territories to ensure adequate market coverage
Establish relationships with major OEMs in the key vertical markets
Make plans to engage new OEM accounts
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Coordinate with marketing, develop and manage strategic growth initiatives
Up to 50% travel is required

Qualification

Required

US citizenship is required
Bachelor's degree is preferred but work experience and related background is acceptable
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an applications engineer or sales engineer, in emergency power systems field is preferred
Product or industry knowledge in power conditioning or uninterruptible power supply (UPS) or mission critical emergency power systems
Consultative selling experience is a plus
Customer relationship management (CRM) system experience
50% Travel with some international
Must be comfortable meeting with all levels of customer employees whether it is in person or during online Web Meetings
Develop a sales plan to grow the business

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
Salesforce experience
Familiarity with Uninterruptible Power System (UPS) markets, especially in data center, medical, industrial, and government segments
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
