They are seeking a Sales support Intern to assist the Inside Sales Team with maintaining and growing accounts, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting customer activity.

Responsibilities
Assist the Inside Sales Team with the maintaining, growing and servicing of accounts
Proactively identify sales opportunities for Outside Sales Representatives
Create opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell existing accounts
Reactivate inactive accounts
Identify new account opportunities to establish strong, long-term relationships with customers
Assist the department with all aspects of customer activity
Assist with the entering of Sales Orders
Expedite orders with short lead times or unusual requirements
Ensure correct inventory is in stock to support general sales
Proactively identify customer needs and advise customers of potential issues
Work close with Outside Sales to develop marketing plans and strategies
Assist with Sales reporting and tracking either thru Olympics' host computer system and/or Excel tracking and analysis
Assist the department in achieving sales targets and track progress against these targets
Qualification
Required
Working towards a Bachelor's degree. All Majors are welcomed
High energy, data analysis, business acumen and strong mathematical skills
Strong telephone technique, excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong computer skills (Lotus Notes, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
