Administrative Service Coordinator
PM Construction Services is a leading building maintenance and construction company based in Farmingdale, Long Island. They are seeking an experienced Administrative Service Coordinator to manage daily administrative functions, support field teams, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities
Coordinate daily administrative functions for the service department
Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and external clients
Oversee technician schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly
Support onboarding, training, and recordkeeping for service technicians
Maintain accurate databases and filing systems
Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable preferred
Qualification
Required
Experienced highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative, Billing and Dispatch experienced individual
Ability to thrive on multitasking
Enjoy supporting field teams
Take pride in keeping operations running smoothly
