Responsibilities

Overseeing the development of the Site Implementation Management Plan (SIMP)

Co-chairing working groups, conferences, and technical interchange meetings relevant to system implementation

Developing implementation processes and workflows

Developing and monitoring the execution of implementation schedules

Reviewing implementation-related deliverables (e.g., Site Survey Reports, Site Installation Plans, etc.) to ensure they meet contractual requirements

Assigning task responsibilities to Contractor personnel supporting implementation activities

Ensuring that the Contractor meets system delivery and implementation commitments

Leading the Implementation portion of the Contractor's quarterly program reviews

Identifying, assessing, and minimizing implementation risks

Required

At least 5 years of experience in similar role

Bachelor's degree

Experience in installing, integrating and maintaining end user telecommunications equipment

Ability to work independently and communicate progress/problems to appropriate personnel effectively

Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical management and staff as well as customer management and staff

Understanding of schematic and engineering drawings

Understanding of government installation and acceptance processes and requirements

Knowledge of basic PC hardware and software
