Responsibilities

Deliver a professional first impression for every client interaction
Answer and address incoming calls promptly and courteously
Ensure seamless scheduling of meetings and conference rooms
Assist with client service requests (e.g., statements, deposits and withdrawals, address and beneficiary changes, etc.)
Assist with new business processing (e.g., new accounts, transfers, client profiles, etc.)
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Assist with data entry and recordkeeping in CRM and financial systems
Support compliance processes by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements

Required

Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management
Fingerprinting and comprehensive background checks are required to ensure our fiduciary responsibilities to our clients are upheld. Only applicants with clean or nearly clean records should apply
Strong interpersonal skills and client-focused demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Familiarity with financial products, services, and regulatory requirements
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes and service delivery
