This role involves hands-on experience with advanced AV technologies, supporting executive meetings and events through event setup, technology support, and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Configure and operate audio, video, and lighting systems for corporate events
Ensure proper signal flow and connectivity across AV components
Provide technical support for Microsoft Teams and WebEx platforms; troubleshoot live session issues
Perform health checks on integrated conference room systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues promptly
Install and upgrade AV technology as needed
Work closely with event organizers, IT teams, and vendors to meet technical requirements
Deliver real-time support during events
Maintain AV inventory and ensure readiness
Perform routine maintenance and escalate repair needs
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience with AV control systems and event execution
Familiarity with Poly conferencing systems or similar (3+ years)
Experience in M365 environment; Cisco WebEx knowledge is a plus (4+ years)
Hands-on experience with audio systems (microphones, mixers), video systems (cameras, switchers), and lighting systems
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and transport AV equipment (up to 50 lbs)
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Preferred
Experience with streaming platforms and hybrid event technologies
Knowledge of AV control systems and networking basics
CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or equivalent certification
