Senior HR Manager – People Operations & Compliance

They are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee comprehensive HR functions and serve as a strategic partner to leadership during a period of growth.

Responsibilities
Employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management)
Payroll administration and ensure accurate, timely processing in partnership with internal teams or external vendors
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, renewals, employee education, and vendor relationships
Own and manage the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process optimization. Develop HR metrics and dashboards to support leadership decision-making
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain and update employee handbooks, HR policies, and procedures
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management
Support leadership in building and reinforcing a strong, values-driven company culture
Develop and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance
Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals
Support organizational growth through workforce planning and scalable HR processes
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in HR within Medical Device and or Pharma required
Experience working within a start-up medical device organization
Min. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including hands-on ownership of core HR functions
Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, HRIS platforms, and employment law
Experience supporting compliance in a regulated environment (medical device, life sciences, healthcare, or similar)
Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically
