ServiceNow Proocess consultant (only USC or GC)
Ampstek is seeking a ServiceNow Process Consultant to work with business and IT stakeholders. The role involves documenting end-to-end processes for ServiceNow modules and facilitating workshops to capture current-state processes.

Responsibilities
Process Consultant to work with business and IT stakeholders to document end-to-end processes for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SAM, GRC etc.)
Conduct workshops with business and IT teams to capture current-state processes for ITSM, SAM, and GRC
Define future-state processes aligned with ServiceNow capabilities and ITIL best practices
Create BPMN diagrams, SOPs, RACI matrices, and process playbooks for ServiceNow modules
Align process handoffs between business and technology teams, and produce clear, standardized documentation
Map current-state workflows, user journeys, and value streams
Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements, policies, and pain points
Design future-state processes aligned to business outcomes, controls, and SLAs
Establish process controls, KPIs, and compliance checkpoints
Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and document opportunities
Qualification
Required
