G & C Auto Body has been in operation since 1972 with a strong commitment to excellence and world class customer service. They are seeking a Clerical Administrative Parts Coordinator to handle various clerical tasks, including customer service, parts coordination, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

Computerized check writing

Time Card handling

Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting to Manager & Corporate

Accounts Payable and Receivable

Audit Compliance of Clerical Paperwork

Answering customer phone calls

Greeting customers in store

Check in parts from a variety of vendors

Check for damage and part accuracy

Receiving invoices

Give our customers a ride home

Washing vehicles

Some janitorial work

Qualification

Valid Driver's License

Takes initiative and able to receive feedback while working as part of a team

Must have a valid California Driver's License and be able to pass a background check & drug screen prior to hire

Preferred

Bilingual in Spanish (a plus, but not mandatory)
