Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions to understand client workflows, constraints, and success measures
Design Smartsheet solutions aligned to governance, scalability, and operational goals
Build and deliver tailored demos, solution walkthroughs, and proof-of-concept environments
Partner with account leaders and delivery teams through the full pre-sales lifecycle
Support scoping, effort estimation, and contributions to proposals and SOWs
Serve as a trusted technical advisor during evaluation and decision-making phases
Maintain deep platform expertise across Smartsheet core capabilities, Control Center, Bridge, Resource Management, and integrations
Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation teams
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Smartsheet Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or pre-sales technical professional
Hands-on background designing and demonstrating Smartsheet solutions in real client environments
Strong ability to translate business problems into scalable technical designs
Confident communicator with executive and technical stakeholders
Organized, self-directed, and comfortable supporting clients
