The Project Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on systems delivery, operational change, and enterprise transformation within a mature PMO environment.

Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle project delivery from initiation through implementation, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, budgets, and risk registers using enterprise PMO standards
Partner closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and third parties to gather requirements, manage dependencies, and drive alignment
Manage RAID logs, change requests, and governance reporting to support informed decision-making at program and leadership levels
Coordinate cross-functional teams across build, testing, change, and deployment activities
Track project progress, performance metrics, and financials; produce clear and accurate status reporting
Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery commitments
Ensure quality standards, documentation, and knowledge capture are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive-level updates to maintain transparency and alignment
Adapt delivery approach across predictive and Agile methodologies as appropriate for the initiative
Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory expectations, and enterprise governance requirements
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Project Manager in a large, highly regulated enterprise organization
Strong governance discipline
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Risk management skills
Ability to drive delivery across both traditional and Agile teams
Experience leading full lifecycle project delivery from initiation through implementation
Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, budgets, and risk registers
Experience partnering with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and third parties
Ability to manage RAID logs, change requests, and governance reporting
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across build, testing, change, and deployment activities
Ability to track project progress, performance metrics, and financials
Experience producing clear and accurate status reporting
Ability to identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies
