They are looking for a Sr. Delivery Assurance and Expeditor Associate to conduct delivery assurance activities, liaise between suppliers and stakeholders, and ensure timely communication regarding critical parts.

Responsibilities
Conduct delivery assurance activities remotely with identified suppliers and parts
Conduct WIP and LOB reviews
Update operations tracker of critical parts
Create recovery action plan and hold suppliers accountable
Liaise between suppliers, buyers, and stakeholders to improve overdue delivery dates
Ensure timely and accurate stakeholder communication and escalation
Qualification
Required
5-7 years in a supply chain oriented industry/role, delivery assurance experience is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field a plus
Solid communication skills, organizational skills, and time management
Ability to both prepare presentations and present to them, speaking to each point after gather requirements from subject matter experts
Ability to manage and speak to stakeholder and external team feedback
Proven track record of creating and maintaining relationships
Familiarity with Aerospace Industry and Parts, or related engineering field
