Support machining operations for gears, cases, valve bodies, solenoid bodies
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues on the plant floor
Improve manufacturing processes and equipment performance
Work cross-functionally to support safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering
5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (automotive preferred)
Gear manufacturing experience (broaching, hobbing, grinding, hard turning, etc.)
CNC experience (read/edit NC code, troubleshooting)
Ability to read prints and understand basic GD&T
Willingness to work off-shift and onsite
