CenExel is a leading clinical research organization specializing in Phase I to IV clinical trials. They are seeking a Call Center Patient Recruiter responsible for connecting with potential study participants and managing incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Maintain a professional relationship with potential study participants

Performs the initial telephone screening of patients, per study protocols

Managing a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner

Schedules screening appointments in Clinical Conductor

Makes reminder phone calls as needed

Supports and ensures strictest adherence to best practices, FDA Code of Federal Regulations, ICH (International Conference on Harmonization), GCP (Good Clinical Practices), CenExel standard operating procedures, site working Practices, protocol, and company guidelines and policies
