Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or job-related field
5-10 years of progressive executive sales experience
Solid understanding of the sales process from qualifying to closing
Great hunting and farming skill are required to succeed
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Solid analytical skills, with an innate drive to succeed
Capability to travel to assigned sales territory (amount of travel is ~50%)
Preferred
Previous experience in the lighting industry helpful but not required
Experience with Fortune 500 companies helpful
