Responsibilities
Develop presentation templates and slide components optimized for AI compatibility while maintaining alignment with core design principles and user-centered approaches
Create and maintain detailed visual specifications, including styles and layouts, to guide optimal model outputs
Evaluate both human-generated and AI-generated slides for clarity, visual hierarchy, and compositional effectiveness
Refine slides and presentations to enhance consistency and reduce model confusion during generation processes
Document comprehensive design guidelines, accessibility standards, and inclusivity requirements for internal teams and external partners
Collaborate with design leads, product managers, and content teams to establish feedback loops, quality checkpoints, and continuous improvements in high-volume workflows
Pilot new AI-driven features, synthesize insights rapidly, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance visual outcomes and design development processes
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years of relevant graphic and visual design experience with a portfolio demonstrating mastery across varied styles and mediums
1 to 2 years working with AI-generated content, design, and prompts, particularly in text-to-artifact or presentation workflows
Experience collaborating directly with multidisciplinary teams in dynamic project environments
Portfolio showcasing strong multi-page and presentation design judgment with deep understanding of layout and quality standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced focus on PowerPoint
Proficiency in Figma
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
Demonstrated expertise in design craft with deep knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and composition across diverse design styles
Proficiency in evaluating, iterating, and refining presentation designs according to best practices and varying scenarios
Ability to translate abstract concepts into high-quality visual designs for presentations
In-depth understanding of the visual AI generation landscape and assessment of model quality across design styles
Strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging data-driven insights to guide design direction
Proven ability to deliver creative, reliable solutions at scale and speed while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship
Commitment to upholding accessibility and inclusivity standards with full compliance against best practices
Comfort collaborating in fast-paced, cross-functional settings with designers, product managers, and content specialists
Ability to receive feedback constructively and iterate quickly
Comfort operating in experimental environments and shaping emerging standards
