Responsibilities
Provide deal origination and execution support to Debt Capital Markets and Credit Risk Management
Review legal documentation for operational feasibility
Initiate systems set-up on all aspects of new deals, including lenders and borrower contact and account/funding details
Manage the process of contacting investors and obtaining administrative information associated with new deals
Initiate initial funding on new deals and restructurings; manage the funding process with Corporate Treasury, syndicate lenders, etc
Process system changes for documented loan amendments and modifications
Manage pipeline of assigned closing transactions with potential for multiple transactions closing in a single day
Support adhoc projects, manager assigned tasks, etc
Support daily, weekly and month controls and metrics reporting
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in Financial Services (Loans, Credit), Legal or Business Consulting industry
Excellent business maturity and experience dealing with corporate clients
Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written communication skills (will be communicating with senior level external contacts – professional email writing)
Experience working in team environment
Preferred
Knowledge or experience with Syndicated Loans
Experience with LoanIQ
