Responsibilities
Own and support the full Order to Cash lifecycle in Oracle EBS
Configure and support Order Management, Pricing, and Shipping Execution
Manage order entry, pricing rules, ATP, order holds, and approvals
Support distribution and logistics processes: pick, pack, ship, and delivery
Ensure smooth integration with Inventory and Accounts Receivable
Troubleshoot end-to-end O2C issues across modules
Work directly with sales ops, warehouse, and finance users
Support UAT, cutover, and production issues
Coordinate with technical teams for interfaces, reports, and enhancements
Qualification
Required
6+ years of Oracle EBS experience with a strong focus on O2C
Deep hands-on expertise in Order Management and Shipping Execution
Solid understanding of Pricing, ATP, and order workflows
Working knowledge of Inventory and AR integration
Experience in Sales & Distribution or high-volume order environments
Strong communication and onsite collaboration skills
Preferred
Oracle EBS R12 experience
Advanced pricing, drop ship, or intercompany orders
Experience with 3PL or warehouse integrations
Manufacturing or distribution industry background
