Responsibilities
Develop financial models to evaluate complex transactions, including project, structured, and corporate financing
Drive discussions with financial institutions and research alternative financing strategies to optimize project returns and assess company-wide impact
Coordinate financing terms for investment return analyses and facilitate model reviews to support decision-making
Establish and maintain strong banking relationships to execute future project financings and oversee existing loan facility management
Align operational and development teams in asset-level financing efforts
Lead lender due diligence for financing transactions and manage inquiries across the organization
Support compliance with debt documentation and ensure timely debt service payments across the project finance portfolio
Assist Directors, VP, and SVP with various ad hoc financial and strategic requests
Qualification
Required
Experience gained through college degree with concentration in finance, economics or accounting and/or CFA/CPA certification
At least 8 years of experience in banking, project finance, corporate finance, planning or analytics
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Experience leading projects and/or managing people
Superior financial modeling skills and experience
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Track record of strong analytical, financial modeling, leadership and decision-making skills
Thorough knowledge of the fundamentals of finance and financial markets
Experience in finance transaction execution, specifically project financing
