They are seeking passionate and persuasive sales professionals to join their Call Center team as PetPlus Member Experience Specialists, helping pet parents discover cost-effective ways to care for their pets.

Responsibilities
Contact pet parents via phone and email to promote the PetPlus membership program
Communicate program benefits clearly and confidently to drive enrollment and close sales
Provide outstanding customer service while handling questions about orders, prescriptions, and products
Assist customers with Rx and non-Rx order updates, including communication with veterinary offices
Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service KPIs
Collaborate with supervisors to share feedback and suggest process improvements
Qualification
Required
2+ years of sales experience
2+ years of customer service experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Tech-savvy with strong computer, typing, and CRM navigation skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
