They are seeking a dedicated Reception and Office Services Specialist who will be responsible for greeting visitors, routing calls, and managing office tasks to support the company's operations.

Responsibilities

Greet company visitors, vendors, customers and job applicants
Route incoming calls and place outgoing calls
Arrange for transportation services as needed
Track classified and unclassified visitors and supply appropriate badges
Issue temporary badges to employees as needed
Track and stamp outgoing mail
Label and track Federal Express and UPS packages
Validate parking
Assist with projects as needed
Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of company business
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification

DoD Security ClearanceMicrosoft Office ProficiencyAdministrative ExperienceReception ExperienceEffective Communication

Required

Must be able to work the specific hours of 9:30 am – 6:00 pm M-F
High School Diploma
10 years or more of administrative or professional experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and SPA guests at all levels
A current DoD Security Clearance is required for this role (minimum of a Secret; Top Secret preferred)

Preferred

Associate's Degree desired
5 years of reception experience
