Responsibilities
Lead network planning, design, and documentation (HLD/LLD, IP plans, VLANs, routing, cutover & rollback strategies)
Implement and migrate LAN/WLAN infrastructure including switches, routers, WLCs, and APs
Execute brownfield and greenfield cutovers, post-migration testing, and stabilization
Configure routing (OSPF/BGP/EIGRP), switching (STP, LACP, QoS), and wireless (SSIDs, RF tuning)
Implement 802.1X/NAC (Cisco ISE) and coordinate firewall/VPN integrations
Provide operational handover, mentor L1/L2 teams, and ensure SLA compliance
Leverage monitoring and automation tools for provisioning and compliance
Qualification
Required
10+ Years of experience
Deep hands-on expertise in network architectures, cutovers, security integration, and operational handover in large-scale environments
Lead network planning, design, and documentation (HLD/LLD, IP plans, VLANs, routing, cutover & rollback strategies)
Implement and migrate LAN/WLAN infrastructure including switches, routers, WLCs, and APs

Strong enterprise networking experience (LAN/WAN/WLAN)
L2/L3 protocols: STP, VLANs, LACP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VRF
Wireless technologies: WLC, RF design, WPA2/WPA3, RADIUS
NAC (Cisco ISE), firewall coordination, VPN support
Tools: ServiceNow, SolarWinds/NNM, Ansible/Netmiko
