Responsibilities

Lead the migration from legacy BI tools to Snowflake and Metabase, rebuilding reports and establishing best practices for the new platform
Build and maintain data models in dbt to transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets for Finance, Sales, and Product teams
Develop SQL-based reports and dashboards in Metabase tracking revenue, customer health, product usage, and operational metrics
Partner with RevOps and Sales on funnel analysis, pipeline health, and forecasting
Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
Work with Product to analyze feature adoption and user behavior that informs roadmap decisions

Qualification

Required

5+ years of data analytics or business intelligence experience
Expert-level SQL with experience building scalable data models and optimizing query performance
Strong dbt experience for data transformation and modeling
Hands-on experience with Snowflake
Proficiency with BI tools, preferably Metabase
Experience migrating or implementing BI infrastructure and change management

Preferred

SaaS, subscription, or B2B business model experience
Python for data analysis or automation
Background with Finance, RevOps, or Sales teams
