Responsibilities
Provide service and customer support during field visits throughout Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas
Perform equipment installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and testing
Diagnose technical issues and determine effective solutions
Complete accurate and timely service reports
Follow company field procedures, protocols, and safety standards
Understand customer needs and provide clear recommendations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months to one year of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Valid driver's license
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to manage longer service calls calmly and professionally
