New Grad, Entry LevelZLINE Kitchen and Bath is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team as a Warranty Specialist. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from warranty providers, offer tech support, and assist in-field service technicians while ensuring efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from third-party warranty providers
Provide tech support and answer questions from in-field service technicians
Order additional parts for service requests
Review service requests to determine the correct course of action
Follow up on existing service requests to ensure service calls are completed effectively and efficiently
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great organizational and follow-up skills
Literacy with Mac OS computer systems
Familiarity with the Google Suite (ie. Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Service Partners
Dedicated to being a forever learner of Product Knowledge (We create new skus every day!)
Ability to go above and beyond what is asked of you
For internal applicants - must be employed with ZLINE for a minimum of 6 months to 1 year and must have managers approval to transfer
Preferred
Appliance repair experience preferred
