Responsibilities
Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
Analyze quality of earnings, cash flows, working capital, and transaction risk
Prepare and review detailed diligence reports and client deliverables
Serve as a primary point of contact for private equity firms, strategic buyers, and internal deal teams
Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and staffing (Senior Manager will have broader team oversight)
Coach and review work prepared by Associates and Seniors
Collaborate with tax, audit, and valuation teams to provide integrated transaction support
Contribute to proposals and client relationship initiatives (business development is a plus, but not required)
Qualification
Required
6–10+ years of experience in TAS, financial due diligence, or M&A advisory
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and deal mechanics
Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and lead teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
CPA or CFA preferred
Experience with private equity–backed or middle-market transactions preferred
