Responsibilities
Lead and implement comprehensive quality management programs focused on continuous improvement of manufacturing systems from customer perspective
Develop and execute quality action plans while managing resources across the facility
Establish and maintain quality standards, monitoring process variations and implementing corrective measures
Supervise quality functions while serving as the primary authority for customer satisfaction
Drive employee engagement initiatives to gather feedback and implement systematic improvements
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in manufacturing quality improvement and Total Quality Management
Advanced knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, and Kaizen methodologies
Strong leadership abilities with experience in coaching and mentoring quality professionals
Expertise in creating and maintaining quality management systems
Excellence in project management with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
