Revenue Cycle Leader
Proven Recruiting is seeking a Revenue Cycle Leader for a high-growth healthcare organization in Los Angeles. The role involves leading the revenue cycle team, acting as a strategic advisor to the CFO, and driving integration efforts for newly acquired entities.
Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO and senior brand leadership on revenue cycle performance and improvement initiatives
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Revenue Cycle Managers and Analysts
Drive revenue cycle integration efforts for newly acquired entities, ensuring scalability and standardization
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Technology, and M&A teams to support organizational growth
Qualification
Required
10-15+ years of revenue cycle leadership experience within healthcare services organizations
Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-location, multi-entity environments
Demonstrated success leading enterprise system implementations, workflow redesigns, and post-acquisition integrations
Deep expertise across the full revenue cycle, including billing, collections, denials management, and payer relations
Data-driven leader with experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting
