Site Lead – G3 C2 Digital and Simulation Support
Kinetic Concepts is seeking an experienced Site Lead to oversee Mission Command digital training, Army simulation operations, and event support for the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence. The SL will manage personnel, coordinate training delivery, maintain communication with government stakeholders, and ensure high-quality execution of all instruction and simulation support activities.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of instructors and simulation specialists supporting MSCoE training requirements
Coordinate planning sessions, IPRs, and weekly scheduling meetings with MSCoE leadership
Serve as the primary interface with the Government, maintaining consistent communication and status reporting
Ensure all deliverables, training evolutions, reports, and readiness checks are completed accurately and on time
Provide subject matter expertise for Mission Command (MC) warfighting function tasks
Oversee scenario development, simulation database management, and MCS integration
Review and approve lesson plan updates, scenario changes, and instructional materials
Ensure team members can perform both instruction and event support responsibilities
Direct implementation of OPORDs, FRAGOs, and MDMP-related tasks during events
Support BDE/BN role players and oversee execution of TOC operations
Ensure compliance with doctrinal standards from FM 5.0, FM 6.0, and ADP 3-0
Oversee readiness checks of hardware, software, connectivity, and simulation systems
Validate system performance and coordinate with G6 for troubleshooting and repairs
Ensure timely submission of weekly system status reports and monthly activity summaries
Qualification
Required
Minimum five years leadership experience
Minimum two years experience with Army simulation systems
Minimum two years experience in a Battalion staff or higher headquarters
Graduate of one of following or equivalent: Captain Career Course (CCC), Warrant Officer Advanced Course (WOAC), Senior Leader Course (SLC), Battle Staff Course
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of briefing senior Army leaders, able to instruct and conduct event support and planning
Demonstrated expertise with MDMP, LSCO, Mission Command Systems, and TOC operations
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Bachelor's degree (per PWS requirements)
Must meet all installation access requirements, including AT Level I, OPSEC Level I, IA/Cyber Awareness, and CAC eligibility
Preferred
Prior instructional or schoolhouse teaching experience
Experience overseeing multi-classroom or multi-event training operations
Expertise in scenario design, simulation data management, and exercise control operations
