Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of software development concepts, practices, and tools used at MathWorks and within the industry
Integrate standards and best practices into Gen AI tools, workflows, and processes
Lead organizational adoption of new content, technologies, Gen AI tools and workflows, processes, and standards through thoughtful change management strategies
Partner with senior leaders to identify issues and opportunities related to software development standards. Develop clear, well-scoped problem statements and drive related projects to completion
Identify and collect metrics and KPIs for adoption, success, and progress against business drivers. Analyze and report to stakeholders, business partners, and senior management
Find creative ways to support staff member growth and learning, such as producing self-serve resources and instructor-led training events
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required
BA or MA, ideally in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience in a software development organization
Experience in software development life cycle
Exceptional communication skills including clear and concise writing, an engaging presentation style and strong group facilitation skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and roles to get results and build strong relationships
