Responsibilities
Lead multi-site manufacturing operations across U.S. and European facilities
Provide technical and operational leadership to engineering and manufacturing teams
Establish and drive KPI, metrics, and accountability frameworks across operations
Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives with measurable results
Partner with Engineering and R&D to improve alignment and execution
Lead new product introduction in a high-SKU, high-volume manufacturing environment
Standardize best practices across sites while respecting local requirements
Support aggressive growth initiatives, including capacity expansion and scalability
Qualification
Required
Engineering degree required (Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, or Metallurgical)
Proven multi-site manufacturing leadership experience
International exposure with willingness to travel approximately 30 percent
Demonstrated new product introduction experience
Strong focus on metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive accountability
