This role will support accounting operations and collaborate closely with fund administration to oversee a portfolio of mutual funds and ETFs.

Responsibilities
Prepare and review daily, monthly, and quarterly NAV calculations
Reconcile cash, positions, and P&L between internal systems and custodians/administrators
Oversee fund expenses, accruals, and allocations across multiple vehicles
Prepare board packages and investor reporting
Assist with capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, and tax advisors
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
Assist with the annual audit and prepare any supporting documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of experience in fund accounting, public accounting, or asset management
Experience working with fund administrators and auditors
Proficiency in Excel; experience with fund accounting systems a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Preferred
CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
