Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service by building and maintaining client relationships
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide expert advice on Fendi products
Assist clients in the selection of products and address inquiries

Required
Strong skills in Client Relations and Customer Service to foster connections and ensure a seamless shopping experience
Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail
Excellent Communication skills for engaging effectively with diverse clients and team members
Passion for fashion and luxury brands, with a strong appreciation for Fendi's craftsmanship and heritage
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while achieving individual and collective sales goals
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic retail environment, including the ability to work a schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays
Preferred
Basic knowledge or experience with Insurance is a plus
